Tabernash Real Estate: A Town Finally Getting a Center

Tabernash has always been the place between places: a post office since 1905 and a scatter of homes and guest ranches along US-40 between Granby and Fraser, with no real center. That is starting to change. A former lumber yard and cannabis grow site at 72399 U.S. Highway 40 is now The Merchant Ranch, the first true business park the town has had.

Its tenants include a general store, a fitness studio, a newsroom and several trades businesses, so an errand that used to mean a drive to Fraser or Granby can now happen in town.
