Meet Stacy

Moving to Grand County twenty-eight years ago transformed my life. I'm in constant awe of my surroundings — the mountains, their valleys, and the wide-open skyscapes — and I give thanks daily for living here. Next time you're near Granby Ranch (two minutes down the road from my neighborhood, Innsbruck-Val Moritz, about 20 minutes from Winter Park), I'd love to share one of my favorite hikes: to the top of the west mountain, up through the aspen grove overlooking the Continental Divide, the Granby Ranch slopes, and Lake Granby in the distance.

What I love about real estate is connecting with people and the excitement of it all — searching for and ultimately finding the perfect vacation property or primary home, or helping my clients sell so they can close one chapter and move seamlessly to the next. Many people start small to test the waters, only to find that after a year or so they're ready to upgrade and spend even more time in the mountains.

On a personal note, I hail from Pennsylvania but have lived in Colorado since 1995 — first in Boulder and Longmont, then Grand County in 1998. I'm a CU-Boulder alumna, a former high school English teacher, an animal lover and advocate, and an avid cross-country skier and hiker. I'm married to the great love of my life, Mark Strayer (President of Sawtooth Mountain Builders), and we have two yellow labs, Boondocks and Brie, and an Aussie puppy named Jackpot.
