Moving to Grand County twenty-eight years ago transformed my life. I'm in constant awe of the mountains, their valleys and the wide-open skyscapes. Next time you're near Granby Ranch — two minutes from my neighborhood, Innsbruck-Val Moritz — I'd love to share one of my favorite hikes: up through the aspen grove to the top of the west mountain, overlooking the Continental Divide and Lake Granby.
What I love about real estate is connecting with people — finding the perfect vacation property or primary home, or helping clients sell so they can close one chapter and move seamlessly to the next. Many start small to test the waters, and a year later they're ready to upgrade and spend even more time in the mountains.

In their words
Two decades of buyers and sellers across Grand County — many of them clients again and again.
Stacy is a very talented real estate agent who helped us both buy and sell a home in the span of a few months in a rapidly changing market, and also at a time when our lives were particularly hectic and stressful. She exudes patience, kindness, intuition, intelligence and is also market-savvy. Her staging skills made the house we sold shine like a diamond and it went under contract after only a few days on the market. Alas, Zillow only allows me to give Stacy 5 stars, because if I could I would give her many more!
